Our responsibility to the environment begins from the ground up – literally. Dedicated to reclaiming the environment, we set out to rehabilitate the industrial site where the Golden Cycle Mill once operated. Redeveloping a blighted infill site in the city interior is an environmental improvement with wide reaching, positive impacts on the economic vitality, stability and environmental health of a city. Consider it an enormous recycling effort.
After sitting dormant for over sixty years, Gold Hill Mesa is now being reconfigured into a real traditional neighborhood. As an innovative and responsibly planned Traditional Neighborhood Development, Gold Hill Mesa is setting a new standard for urban revitalization.
