WHAT ARE THE HOA FEES?
The Homeowner’s Association exists to keep the quality and standards of the neighborhood and property values high. The community association collects a maintenance fee that averages $150 per month. This covers landscaping and maintenance in all front yards and of the shared green spaces, water fee for these spaces, trash collection upkeep, and usage of the fitness and community center and kitchen, and board rooms for meeting.
