Located less than three miles from Gold Hill Mesa, this public tuition-free Montessori school for K - 6 in Colorado Springs is part of School District 11 and available for Gold Hill Mesa students to attend. Preschool is also available 1/2 and full day.
HOLMES MIDDLE SCHOOL
Holmes Middle School is within three miles of Gold Hill Mesa and is also an option to attend upon request. The Holmes Middle School community fosters a positive environment of responsible learners. Colorado Springs Gifted and Talented, District 11 For elementary, middle and high school students of School District 11 that qualify based on a multi-step process to determine eligibility for formal identification.

Since Gold Hill Mesa is located on the border of School District 12, it is a convenient drive to the award-winning D-12 schools. Families have an opportunity to ‘opt-in’ to that district by submitting an application and being approved based upon space availability.
CHEYENNE MOUNTAIN CHARTER ACADEMY & THE VANGUARD SCHOOL
Serving students from K- 12 across the Pikes Peak region where teachers use a classroom management approach based on the CHAMP’s model to encourage positive, respectful, on-task behavior from students. Located just 3 miles from Gold Hill Mesa, students outside of District 12 can enter a lottery system which occurs annually on February 1st.
