What The Neighbors Are Saying.
Back in 2006, I saw the signs advertising Gold Hill Mesa and knew then I had to live here. I started following the neighborhood development online and the closer it got to them opening, the more excited I got. I was here on opening day and knew from that moment I would be a part of this incredible development. I own two homes in Gold Hill Mesa and have not regretted one day of living here. The friendly atmosphere where ever you go from walking your dog to getting your mail is constant. The views are exceptional from anywhere in the neighborhood. We have had some awesome events from Concerts in the Park to private parties. I would not want to live anywhere else in Colorado Springs and can’t wait to see what the next phase of GHM will be.

I love the neighborly vibe, the bright colorful homes and all of the summer concerts, art shows and coffee house concerts that Gold Hill Mesa puts on – right outside my door. After a long day at work, I appreciate the maintenance-free living, great views and all of the open space for walking the puppies! Plus, the neighbors are the BEST!

Buying a house in Gold Hill Mesa was much more than just a new home purchase for us. We love the community and all the amenities that are available. It’s so nice to attend concerts, parties, and art shows right in our neighborhood. It’s great to see kids enjoying the dedicated green spaces for outdoor recreation, and we take advantage of the neighborhood layout for outdoor fitness routines. One of the best thing for us is the maintenance-free living. We have a lot more time for the things we enjoy since most of the daily outdoor maintenance chores are done for us. We’re thrilled that we discovered all that Gold Hill Mesa has to offer, and we’re fortunate to be living in this this amazing development.

We have served in the military all over the world for nearly 24 years. Gold Hill Mesa is by FAR the best community we have ever lived. We love that our young children want to go play outside with their friends and we feel safe letting them run free to explore. They know on warm summer nights, that when the street lights come on… it’s time to go home. We know our neighbors and we TRULY feel like a close knit community. Events at the Exchange are the icing on the cake. We take advantage of these events to enjoy ourselves, meet our neighbors and WALK home afterwards. There is no better place to live in the City for Champions, Colorado Springs.
