Join Team Gold Hill Mesa as we participate in Creek Week Cleanup, the largest watershed clean up in the State of CO, this Saturday, October 6 at 8am! Meet us at the Community Center (142 S Raven Mine Drive 80905). We’ll walk together over to Fountain Creek and spend a few hours getting rid of trash and giving back to our beloved city!
Creek Week began in 2014 as a way to encourage citizens to help remove litter and debris from our land and waters, raise awareness of watershed health, and to foster a sense of community. Since then, Creek Week has grown into an annual event that continues to provide an opportunity for communities to give back, to enjoy the parks and trails they are cleaning, and to understand their place in the Fountain Creek Watershed.
Creek Week is an 8-community effort working collaboratively on parks, trails, public and private lands to clean and protect the Fountain Creek Watershed.
Celebrate the arrival of autumn at Gold Hill Mesa’s Fall Harvest Festival! Gold Hill Mesa’s tree lined streets will greet you with warm fall colors, while a live performance by Rocky Mountain Americana band, Thunder and Rain, provides a soundtrack to the changing seasons.

The annual Women in Conservation event focuses on the impact women are making protecting, preserving, and fighting for our access to the great outdoors and working lands. This year’s speaker line-up is exceptional and includes two winners from the 2018 Southern Colorado Conservation Awards and, for the first time, and opportunity for Q & A from the audience.
Doors open at 5:00 PM with the program beginning at 6:00 PM. Light appetizers and drinks will be served.

Homebuilding has evolved over the last decade and not all homes are built alike. Come learn why “cost per square foot” is more important than “price per square foot” when buying a new home. Find the best value for your buyers by demonstrating the features that improve comfort, create healthier indoor air quality, provide lasting durability, and reduce utility bills. Be the best resource for your customers by understanding the important differences between resale, code built, and high performance homes.
Todd Gamboa has been in the building industry for over 30 years, managing private and public homebuilding companies. He is a nationally recognized building science expert and sales trainer who has educated thousands of builders, architects, contractors, code officials, appraisers, and realtors across the country.
